At Ahimsa Yoga we pride ourselves in having safety at the heart of our practice. My experience and ongoing training in the Iyengar modality, has helped me to keep this at the forefront of my teaching.
Utilizing various props, students engage in different poses with support and correct form. This helps them achieve balance, strength and felixibility.
The established levels also allows them to be in a challenging but skill-appropriate setting in order to grow in their practice with guidance.
