AHIMSA CLASS DESCRIPTION:

 

  • GENTLE YOGA:

  • For students new to Yoga or with an ongoing health condition or mobility limitations. With back or neck problems that require caution and care.

  • LEVEL I:

  • For students that have experience with Yoga and no limiting mobility and that want to continue growing in their practice with a specific methodology and sequencing

  • LEVEL I-II:

  • For students that have been practicing for quite a while and who have no physical issues. Solid in their abilities and ready to be challenged within safety.​​

  YOGA CIBER-ETIQUETTE

 

  • Please get connected at least 10 minutes before class to get settled and be ready to start class on time.  Grab your props or home substitutes and position your phone-computer in such a way that I can see your mat and you in a standing position (if possible).

 

  • Wear comfortable clothes and be barefoot on the floor.

 

  • Have an empty stomach. (no food at least 2 hours prior)

 

  • Please make sure you mute your device once the class has started in order to avoid noises and distractions during class.
