AHIMSA CLASS DESCRIPTION:
For students new to Yoga or with an ongoing health condition or mobility limitations. With back or neck problems that require caution and care.
INTRO TO YOGA:
For students without any serious limitations that haven't tried Yoga before but that want to enhance their strength & flexibility
For students that have experience with Yoga and no limiting mobility and that want to continue growing in their practice with a specific methodology and sequencing
For students that have been practicing for quite a while and who have no physical issues. Solid in their abilities and ready to be challenged within safety.
Please get connected at least 10 minutes before class to get settled and be ready to start class on time. Grab your props or home substitutes and position your phone-computer in such a way that I can see your mat and then you it so I can continue to see you in every position (if possible).
Wear comfortable clothes and be barefoot on the floor.
Have an empty stomach. (no food at least 2 hours prior)
Please make sure you mute your device once the class has started in order to avoid noises and distractions during class.
We will ask you sign a waiver of liability before joining our classes.
